Best Place, Price, Breakfast and Services!!! Pay for guesthouse price but get services like hotel. You can enjoy our variety of free breakfast changing menu every day. Our location is near Grand Palace (10 min. by bus) & near Khaosan Road (10 min. by walk). So, you can have a nice sleep without noise from clubs and bars.
Moreover, our rooms are daily clean with full facilities such as refrigerator, television, warm water, and free wi-fi.

Staff most unfriendly. Location is a bit of a hassle as its located quite a ways down a small soi where tuk tuks and taxis don't travel. Not much food in the immediate vicinity. Roof top sucks, a couple of old weathered benches and some pathetic potted plants. View is ok, can see the golden mount, but its not much of an inspiring view up there. Rooms pretty decent, and very clean so that's a plus. The breakfast is lousy and you have to wash your own dishes afterwards! Bottomline: it's not a bad place to stay but there are better options for the price.
