Welcome to the land of beautiful mountains and riverine of Western Thailand.

Here, Pung-Waan Resort has been created as a sanctuary for your retreat on the bank of the Kwai Noi River, a tributary of the famous River Kwai, on a vast property covering over 120 acres of land.

Our resort is located only 190 km. from Bangkok and 55 km. from downtown Kanchanaburi, which can be easily accessed by private cars, buses and train.

Whatever your preference is, be it accommodation or transportation or others, We will be delighted to custom-design your plan to the best of your satisfaction.

Our low-rise building houses 111 elegantly-appointed rooms, all of which are equipped with ensuite bathrooms with hot & cold shower, air-conditioning, minibar, satellite TV and telephone, in order to provide you with the complete convenience and comfort of your own home.

All rooms have private balconies which open to the garden or the river. The Spa Deluxe rooms have recently been refurbished with a romantic touch especially to accommodate honeymoon couples, and all have direct access to the river bank.

Conditions

1. All rates are net in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable goverment tax, non-commissionable
2. Child policy: There is no room charge for children 4-12 years old sharing room with parents-no extra bed (minimum 1 child per room) and get 50% discount on all meals.
3. Cancellation & No Show Policy:
- Cancellation should be made in writing 7 days before the arrival date otherwise 50% of the total room booking will be charged.
- No Show will be charged full amount.
4. Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check in time 14.00 p.m.
- Check out time 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability on the date of check-out and the following charge may be applied:
- Perior to 18.00 p.m. : 50% room rates will be charged
- After 18.00 p.m. : one night of room rates will be charged.
5. Early Check-out:
Unused room night are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the resort at least 72 hours perior to arrival. Extension Stay are subject o space and rate availability.
