Pung-Waan Resort&Spa is conveniently set on the bank of the Kwai Yai river, only 2 k.m. from the famous Bridge of the River Kwai, yet far away from the busy life of downtown Kanchanaburi. It is only 150 k.m. west of Bangkok, and is easily accessed by private cars, bused and trains. The signature of this resort is the tranquil atmosphere, with picturesque river view and a high-standard spa which offers a full range of treatment programs for your good heallth and beauty. A private cruise to visit the Bridge of the River Kwai at dusk is yet another high-light that Pung-Waan Resort&Spa has to offer to you.
Our low-rise building houses 111 elegantly-appointed rooms, all of which are equipped with ensuite bathrooms with hot&cold shower, air-conditioning, minibar, satellite TV and telephone, in order to provide you with the complete convenience and comfort of your own home. All rooms have private balconies which open to the garden or the river. The Spa Deluxe rooms have recently been refurbished with a romantic touch especially to accommodate honeymoon couples, and all have direct access to the river bank.

Important Information
Conditions
1. All rates are net in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax.
2. Child Policy: There is no room charge for children 4-12 years old sharing room with parents-no extra bed (maximum 1 child prer room) and get 50% discount on all meals.
3. Group policy and complimentary room:
- Every 15 paying guests, a half-twin room only basis will be complimentary up to maximum of 2 rooms per group.
- The resort reserves the right to demand a deposit of 50% on room rates on advance for group booking (10 rooms up)
4. Cancellation & No Show policy:
- Cancellation should be made in writing 7 days before the arrival date otherwise 50% of the total room booking will be charged.
- No Show will be charged full amount.
5. Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check-in time: 14.00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability on the date of check-out and the following charge may be applied:
5.1 Prior to 18.00 p.m. 50% room rates will be charged
5.2 After 18.00 p.m. one night of room rates will be charged.
6. Early Check-out: Unused room night are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the resort at least 72 hours perior to arrival. Extension stay are subject to space and rate availability.
