Tea/coffe/dvd/wi-fi/safe/cctv/h&c/air-con/balcony/roof terrace.We have a newly built bar on the ground floor,quiet,with 3 draught beers.Hospitality,and very polite staff. Established 2003,and good advice from local ex-pats and residents.We are nestled in a narrow road leading to the beach.Many new shops,boutiques,beauty salons,laundry services, and some cheap and cheerful thai food shops

Conditions
One main staircase leading to 3 floors, with 3 rooms on each floor.A large roof garden to enjoy sights of the ocean,and its Islands. Thai staff can easily be distracted, if the towels are not in your room, or the kettle doesn't work, or if you need any shopping, please , pop in the bar/reception, and let us know.Quiet family bar Draught Guinness,good fresh home made menu.Note, Key-card entrance,Normal check-in Noon -8pm.Advise us if different.Our policy is no-hassle money refund if not Delighted.
