A few tips about Hanoi travel: We want to protect customers from scam artists who operate at the airport.A few taxi drivers will claim that your hotel is full and that they must take you to a different hotel.This is untrue.We do provide a pickup service from the airport with common fare of 15 US dollars, for 4 seat car, $20 for 7 seat car, if you inform us of your flight number and arrival time.A staff member will wait for you with a sign in the airport lobby and you will be taken by private car to our hotel.Please consider using this service.However, if you prefer to come to our hotel independently, remember to be careful.We want all our customers to enjoy their stay!
