Not a bad one,ok for a quick stop over bit if I was doing it again I'd go straight to nha trang or straight to Saigon depends what way your going.not a bad word to say about this guest house though.if you're not into kite surfing I'd bypass this town completely.mind you good sea food everywhere.

About Backpackers House

Having opened on the 14th of July 2008, the Backpacker Hostel is one of the most modern hostels in Nha Trang City. Operated by Highland Tours, one of the area's most respected hospitality companies, the Backpacker Hostel is located in the main tourist area and is a mere 5 minutes walk from the pristine beaches of Nha Trang.

Private rooms include Cable TV, DVD player and balconies that take advantage of the sea breeze. The dormitory accommodation is amongst the most luxurious in its class. All private and dorm rooms have air-conditioning, hot water showers and some with full en-suite (YES a bathtub!) Hostel facilities include free: WI FI and internet terminals, tea & coffee making facility. Book exchange and DVD’s are available for loan. A common areas will bring you to a relax and catch up with other guest together . Full car / motorbike rental service, visa extension, bus/train/plane and tour booking service is available at the reception desk .

Fun times begin with a complimentary welcome drink from our sister bar The Red Apple Club - one of the hottest bars in town. The hostel runs regular promotions for guests which include discounts and other offers at our Bar and Restaurant.

The Green Apple Restaurant provides our customers with the best in Western and Vietnamese cuisine. Situated within the complex it is easy to relax in the tranquil garden setting or dine indoor’s. A comprehensive menu that caters for the most discerning tastes is provided by our locally renowned Chief Chef and his team. All guests of the Backpacker's House receive a complimentary cooked breakfast daily. The Green Apple Restaurant is open from 6am to 10pm providing a full breakfast, lunch and dinner service. After close; meals and snacks are available at the Red Apple Club.

The Backpacker’s Hostel provides a warm welcome and our friendly staff will be pleased to assist with any of your enquiries.

We also provide a pick up service from the airport at a very competitive price.

The company is firmly involved and committed in providing sponsorship to the Anh Dao Orphanage located on the outskirts of Nha Trang. Through our Trust fund- Hearts of Nam Foundation , one dollar from every booking goes towards providing necessities such as food, medicine, clothes and educational material to the 70+ children currently residing at the orphanage.

If sufficient interest is shown the company is happy to provide free transport to the orphanage on most Sundays; the welcoming smiles this provides to the children is reward enough in itself.

We also run specific fund raising events and activities from time to time; and we happily accept any donations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Cancellation of bookings must be done72 hours prior to arrival date
otherwise Backpackers House reserves the right to charge the full price for
the length of the booking.

2. Customers that book and are no shows will be charged the full price of
the first night booked and the full charged of the booking if the busy season .

3. The deposit payable when booking is non-refundable upon cancellation or
no show.

4. All personal and Credit card information provided to us remains secure by
the One Pay International Company.

5. Check-in time is 2pm, depending on availability we may allow you to check
in earlier.

6. Check-out time is 12pm on the agreed departure date, after this time
Backpacker’s House reserves the right to charge a half price booking up
until 6pm and full price thereafter for the additional use of the room.

7. The full remaining payment is required upon check-out; Backpacker’s House
reserves the right to hold the customer passport until payment is made.

8. Latest check in time is 4 hours later on your arrival time show on your booking , if guest not show up after 4 hours arrival time then we allow to sale our bed , otherwise please email and let us know your late arrival .
