Important Information

Check-in and check-out is flexible. We have a person in the office between 10am and 5pm and also a porter on duty in the evenings until 10pm.

No smoking inside the Guesthouse.

We have 3 lock boxes each with a keypad on its face, located on our doorposts outside the front door, where we can leave keys for very late (or very early) arriving guests.

If guests inform us that they are coming in quite late (or early) or that they don't know yet when they will arrive, we give them the code and instructions to open the lock box which has their keys inside, suitably marked with their name, room number and floor number.

Cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the DATE of your arrival or you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Check-out time is by 11A.M. the morning of your departure. Any arrangements for a later check-out or to leave luggage for a later pickup must be coordinated with our office.

Can I add an extra bed?

Can I get an airport pick up?
If a property offers airport transfers, this will be included in their facilities description. A direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can arrange any transfers. Please note that transfers may incur an additional cost.

I arrive very late, can I still check-in?

We do not have direct access to the contact details of accommodations listed on our site. When you make a booking, a direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can make changes, arrange transfers, etc.
Am I allowed to bring pets?
