I don't blame the owner/mgmt for the people speaking loudly in the hallway at 4AM......I do, however, blame BOTH for the hot water not working, and having no internet connection . when I complained about the lack of hot water, I was told "well, it's just that is connected to the air-conditioning system.....therefore it does not work between the hours of 5 to 8 AM. pretty stupid if you ask me. even if true, it would seem to me that the hours might need to be changed. the computer available to guests had no internet connection. "yes, that happens sometimes" was the answer when I mentioned it. the place is clean, above acceptable quality, super!!! location, but the owner and/or manager need to fix the hot water situation, get a permanent internet connection working, and ask their guests to enter/exit quietly during normal sleep times. I will never go there again.
