Kipps Hostel - Canterbury 'Voted No.1 Hostel in England - 2008 ' would now like to welcome you to Kipps Hostel- Brighton. (formerly known as the Brighton Royal Hotel)

Kipps -Brighton is an independent backpackers situated in Central Brighton with views of the Royal Pavillion.

We are central to all of Brighton's attractions, including the Pier, Beach, The Lanes, The Theatres, Music, Bars, Cafes and Gay District. The Train Station and Bus Station are just a few minutes walk away.

We offer a very friendly atmosphere, comfortable, affordable accommodation with excellent facilities including a licensed bar. We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet throughout. Guests can also relax on our roof terrace or in our lounge area.

We are situated at 76 Grande Parade, opposite the Royal Pavillion.

We are approx. 10minutes walk from the Train Station- Come out of the Station and walk ahead along Queens Road, at Church Street turn left, and walk down until you see Kipps Brighton at the end of this street, just opposite the Royal Pavillion.


We are approx 5minutes walk to the Bus Station and to the Pier. Come out of the bus station onto Old Steine, walk along to the far end of the Pavillion and Kipps Brighton is opposite on the right.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOTEL IS CHANGING ITS NAME IN MAY 09 from Brighton Royal Hotel to Kipps Brighton. The sign at the front may still say Brighton Royal Hotel until the sign is changed
