From the outside we didn't expect much and we hadn't heard great things about the area but in the 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station (vauxhall) we didn't encounter anything that upheld these expectations.

From the outside we didn't expect much and we hadn't heard great things about the area but in the 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station (vauxhall) we didn't encounter anything that upheld these expectations.
The day staff were helpful enough. The night staff saw to our only complaint (someone smoking in the opposite room) within minutes.
We had a double ensuite which was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a wetroom so although the shower was hot, too long in there would flood the room.
It had everything we needed, no extra luxuries, but no problems either.
I would recommend if you're not looking for anything fancy. It's a decent place, we got a good nights sleep.
