Directions
Earl Howe, 21 Carlton Road, Nottingham, NG3 2DG, England .
From the train and coach station we are a 10 to 15 minute walk through the vibrant city centre of Nottingham. From either place the taxi should not cost more than 4 pounds. Exit either station onto Carrington Street turn right to Collins street and proceed to Middle Hill turn left going up the hill until you reach Carlton street. From here turn right onto Carlton street (not to be confused with Carlton road) follow it all the way down to Subway restaruant. From the Subway restaruant turn right following the main road around the perimeter of the Sneiton market you will go past a closed pub and then a Kebab shop, then cross some lights and we are 100 meters along CARLTON ROAD. Look out for the hanging picture of Earl Howe above the entrance to the hostel. We suggest that for those new to Nottingham or with heavy luggage the easiest way to get here from the train or coach station will be to simply take one of the many taxis situated by the station and ask for 21 Carlton Road Sneiton (silent i). Taxi cost should not be more than 4 pounds.
