We loved this place! Fred & Mand couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The position is virtually ideal given the price - just 10 minutes from the very centre of Paris and the train line is literally less than a 2 minute walk from the front gates.

Our friendly and funky guesthouse is only a minute away from the subway, 10 min to the center and the best of Paris!
Family friendly ,If you're travelling in a group, we can accommodate in a private bedroom 4,5 or 6 people.

Our big rooms include breakfast, private bathrooms, TV and DVD players and fresh linen. We also have free Wi-Fi! There's no curfew so you can come and go as you please. Maison Bacana is a clean and friendly place to stay , visited by overseas and local guests all year around. Maison Bacana offers you everything you need when your on your travels.

Our property has a minimum stay of two nights.
Full payment is required at check-in. Credit cards are not accepted - payment in cash (Euro) or French bank cheques only, please.
Early check-out: No refunds. The nights you have reserved are guaranteed exclusively for you. However, should we be able to rebook all those nights, we will be pleased to credit you back (a processing fee of €10 will apply in that case).
Delayed arrival: Missed nights due to delayed arrival are fully charged at the quoted nightly price, minus the prepaid deposit, of course.
Please remember that whether you book our rooms for 2, 3, 4 or more guests, you are always getting the use of the whole room - only the number of beds in use will be limited. Guests must arrange any change in number of guests, or length of stay prior to reserved date of arrival. We will try our best to accommodate such changes, but we can't guarantee it.
Our staff are not always on the premises so please confirm your arrival time by email. This is just to make sure someone is there with keys. Thanks!

We loved this place! Fred & Mand couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The position is virtually ideal given the price - just 10 minutes from the very centre of Paris and the train line is literally less than a 2 minute walk from the front gates. Our room was very comfortable and clean - it had everything we needed, plus more - safety box in the room, wifi and dvds (not that we got to watch them - far too busy!). Breakfast was plentiful and Fred baked a fresh cake each day - lovely!
I would thoroughly recommend this gorgeous little B & B to anyone who wants more than basic comfort at a great price with some lovely little personal touches thrown in too...we will definately return.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Fred. Fred took the time to tell us all about Paris, the train system and what to do or not to do. The next morning, we met Mand. Mand was very helpful with other tips and such and made us feel right at home. Their generosity extended further than just in the B&B, After we had checked out of our room, we had car trouble and Mand quickly stopped his daily routine to help us out. We know that our situation put him behind in his daily cleaning but he did not mind....When we go back to Paris, there is no doubt that well will be staying there again! that was the best European hotel/B&B we've ever stayed in.
The owner and staff were very helpful. Good, big breakfast. It is located outside of the city, but near an RER station It took about 45-60 minutes with wait times to get to downtown. The neighborhood looked questionable at first, but it was fine. Newly remodeled and very interesting decor.
