Horrible stay; the staff was extremely rude, never smiled (only when we walked in before the check-in), nor greeted us when we left.
We asked for information and they only tried to sell us their package tours, lying to us about the info we asked (we found out later).
The rooms aren't clean.
They said there was warm water, but actually it was warm only for 5 minutes then was freezing.
When we asked for somethin (toilet paper or a clean towel, or why there wasn't hot water), they would reply with an annoyed look and annoying behaviour. Yunnan was a great experience, people were everywhere really nice, but those owning/managing tibetan Lodge were horrible with no reason and made the memory of our stay in Dali unpleasant.
