By Metro:

You could take the train named Proastiakos, until the station Neratziotissa, then change to line 1 until Monastiraki Square. The train runs every 15 mins. The journey is about 45 minutes. It operates from 05:50 - 24:00. From Monastiraki Square you have to walk up Mitropoleos Street. On the second street on your left you will see the hotel.

By Bus:

There is a direct route to Syntagma Square on the E95. From Syntagma square you have to walk down Mitropoleos Street, for few minutes. After the Cathedral you will see Plaka hotel just in front of you.
