Great place, staff have perfect English, clean and friendly and close to the station, really good value. Only reason I am not giving five stars is because its not the Sheraton, but then again, the Sheraton is no fun. Would stay again without hesitation in Hiroshima.

A bathroom or a toilet/washstand is attached to every private room. You can also watch TV in private rooms. A traditional Japanese style tatami room or a familiar western style bedroom is selective.

For groups of more than 5 people, we may require additional condition when you make a reservation request.

Our reception hours are 8:00-11:00 and 15:00-22:00. Please arrive during the hours (The front door is locked during the off-hours).
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours before your estimated arrival time.
The cancellation fee is full amount for the first night.

We had awonderful stay. Mr.Yamamoto is the perfect host who goes that extra mile to make you comfortable. And as for the Picking up from and dropping off at the Airport, that was the icing on the cake. I have no hesitation in saying that Thats where I will stay on my next trip to Japan and certainly recommend this place to everyone

Very sociable, clean, it simply caters for everything a backpacker needs: good service, comfy bed, safe, kitchen, clean bathrooms, living rooms,... Great value for money. Would stay here again!

Perfectly ok but nothing special. Right on the railway line but not too noisy given that fact. Staff spoke good English. We had a private room but it was pretty small.

Excellent! Clean, had a nice homely feel to it. Great location near the main Hiroshima station which has plenty of nice places to eat etc. Our room overlooked a cemetery which was about 10 metres away, a little creepy - haha! But hey, it's all part of the experience. Highly recommended!
