**Check-in must be done at the Hostel, located at 236 9th Street between Washington Av and Collins Av
**Any changes to the reservation including cancellation must be done 4 DAYS prior to arrival by 3 pm , in order to avoid being charged for the entire reservation
**A deposit of $150 which you will get back on the day that you check out
**A $50 cleaning fee will be applied at the end if apartment is left in poor condition
**There will be a 5% charge if paying balance with a credit card.
**All apartments are NO SMOKING and noise level should be to a minimum after 11pm
**Please note prices quoted do not include tax 13%
