The House was built by famous architect Hans Sharoun, friend of Walter Gropius, and maker of the Berliner Filarmonie and the Stadtbibliothek. The 1928 building is an exemple of first 'apatments for singles'.

High Italian Design furnished with a incredible loggia with a wonderfull view on the roofs of Berlin, the flat mantains the Bauhaus appeal with modern and comfortable Italian style. Some pieces of the fornitures are from famous designers, a '30s grammophone play ancient disks and pictures from famous artists are on the walls.
