About Amsterdam Oudezijds apartment
Located in the heart of centre Amsterdam !!
Amsterdam Ouderzijds Apartment is located on Oudezijds Voorburgwal with the junction of Damstraat an amazing central location for your Amsterdam stay.
And just seconds walk to Dam Square, Amsterdam's main square as well as Nieuwmarkt square , The Red light district and everything else Amsterdam has to offer as the location is just perfect.So central it's unreal.
Please note that we accept cash only for payment on arrival .
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the
whole duration of your stay.
KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel.
The apartment has canal views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom is at the back of the building. Right outside your door and all around the area you have many places to eat, drink and plenty of coffeeshops to have a smoke.
The apartment has two bedrooms one with four single beds and the other room 2 single beds made into one double bed.The apartment comes equipped with amenities to provide the comforts of home. These include TV with DVD, a full kitchen for self-catering, private toilet and a separate shower room .
Terms and Conditions
1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden.
2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation.
3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc.
4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.
5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the studio at any time.
6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in.
7. The guests will receive the studio in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition.
8. We have an age restriction, only 18 to 45 year olds permitted

Directions
To collect the keys and pay the bill and receive directions to your studio you must go to Hostel Cosmos - 17 Nieuwe Nieuwstraat - to collect your apartment keys and receive instructions.
From the airport take a train to Central Station:
You get out of the station.
Walk over to the Victoria Hotel.
When you are facing the hotel, you turn right and go into the second street on the left Martelaars Gracht (street name).
Keep Walk down that street You
than pass 8 aley's Csmall streets) on you left hand you will see, Nieuwe Nieuwstraat go in this alley you are in Nieuwe Nieuwstraat, we are number 17 Hostel Cosmos .

By tram (metro) A single ticket costs you 1.60
When you get to CS, you walk outside the station and you will find trams. The following trams will take you straight to the hostel: tramline 1, 2, 5, 13 and 17
The stop is called `Nieuwezijds Kolk' You have to cross the street and walk toward Hotel Sofitel the Nieuwe Nieuwstraat is between Hotel Sofitel and Japanese Restaurant Kobe.we are Nieuwe Nieuwstraat 17 Hostel Cosmos Here you can get the keys and directions to our Apartments.
Trains between Schiphol and Central Station depart about every 10 minutes between 6am and 1am, and once every hour between 1am and 6am.
A one way ticket will cost you
3.20 from a vending machine, you will need some coins though.
Trains to Amsterdam Central Station generally depart from platform 1 or 2. On www.ns.nl you can find all information on travel times and prices in English.
