The host Ian was one of the most hospitable and caring I have ever come across - providing services such as looking after those who were unwell, which went far beyond any 'standard' level of service. Even though the accommodation was full because of a conference nearby Ian found the time to ensure that every guest was comfortable and was making full use of the many facilities and the local knowledge he provides.
