As you are leaving your footprints around our little island, we too hope to leave some in your memories of your stay in Footprints, your home away from home.
Some little things to take note of:
- We only accept cash payment in SGD.
- There's a SGD20 refundable key deposit upon check-in.This fee will be refunded to you upon your check-out.
- We do not allow children 16 years and below to stay in our Dorms.
- Children below 16 should be accompanied by an adult. If you have young children traveling with you, please call or email to inform us first.
- We reserve the right to turn away guests we deem unsuitable. Booking fees with Hostelworld are non-refundable.
- Please take note that our normal check-in time is at 2pm and check-out is at 12pm. Early check-in is subject to bed availability.
- We will only hold your beds or rooms for 3 hours from the arrival time you have stated in your booking form. So if there are any changes to your travel plans, please kindly inform us by phone, email or drop us a msg in Facebook.
Important Information
Conditions
1) There are no en-suites or private attached bathrooms available in Footprints and all facilities are shared.
2) Additional single beds are available at SGD$20 per bed for private Family Rooms.
3) Payment: Cash payment only in hostel. A deposit of SGD$20 is to be placed upon check-in.(There's also an option to put a Photo ID card, Driver's licence,Student ID or any other currency as the deposit for those who want to spend all your Singapore Dollar.)
4) Credit cards: Not accepted but we are in the process of making it happen.
5) Cancellation policy: Booking in advance is advisable. 72 hours or 3 days advance notice is required for cancellation, postponement or any special requests you may have. Deposits made are non- refundable.
6) We will only hold your rooms/beds for 3 hours from your stated time of arrival in your booking form. (Kindly send us an email or call us if there are any changes to your itinerary.)

Location was a bit tricky until I got used to the great MRT transport system...but I liked Little India....great temples and food!

Our family had a nice stay in Footprints. All the staff were friendly and accommodating especially Francis Menor, Filipino by heart. My kids were so comfortable talking and playing with him. Breakfast was good too, they have enough for everyone
Plus, we got to meet a lot of friends/backpackers at the hostel.

Location: Is walking distance from Little India MRT station, it is not good on rainy days.
Cleanliness: The lobby is quite clean, toilet is at acceptable level, room is just fair.
Value: In term of S$23 per bed per night, it is fair.
Facilities: Wifi is not stable. Toilet is clean, kitchen is quite small and crowded. I like the corridor in front of the enterence where you can enjoy coffee and the street view.
Service: The lobby lady is very friendly and helpful. Quick check-in process.Overall -

Toilet and bathroom is separated to male and female.

Air-con is only operates at night.
Hostel does not provide pad locks for lockers.

The hostel is worth staying.There is free breakfast that is good and enough for everyone .The free internet and phone usage had been very helpful to us to contact our friends in Singapore. The front desks are friendly and approachable.The comfort rooms are shared,however, there are separate rooms for ladies and guys. The toilets are clean.The hostel is also near to most of the tourist attractions and walking distance to bus and MRT stations.

This place is really worth staying. Low price and good service. The front desk is realy kind!! You know, it's singapore!!! The location is quite convient since it's very close to many attractions, but you do need sometime to walk to the MRT, umm of course acceptable. Though in Little India but still quite safe for girls going out late. The breakfast is ok, they even offer apples and oranges!!! The public bathroom is clean, but not always.. and the hair drier sometimes work but most of the time it didn't... I think that's the only thing they should improve.

location is a bit far fr mrt but not too far if u like to walk for about 5 to 10 minutes. its in the center of tourism place with easy access to transportation,happening ongoing activities which all my friends found it to be very interesting.room is cosy,clean and sharing bathroom is well clean.we all will definitely be coming back and stay at the same hostel.

THE BEST HOSTEL BY FAR THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! fELT LIKE HOME STRAIGHT AWAY AND MOST DEFINATELY AM COMING BACK HERE WE ENJOYED OURSELVES THAT MUCH!!! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING AND THE PLACE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE!!! i THINK THIS PLACE HAS REALLY SET AN EXTREMLY HIGH STANDARD AND SO FAR HAVE NOT STAYED ANY WHERE THAT COME REMOTELY CLOSE!!! tHEY SHOULD DEFINATELY BE COMMENDED ON THEIR AMAZING EFFORT!!!
