The owner is a very hospitable man and really kind. The hostal itself is not very clean and not well organised. The owner did not expect us at the arriving date, so there was no room available for four persons. That resulted in the fact that we had to spent four days with four persons in a double room with no room for luggage and no airconditioning.

The pictures on the site are not taken in the hostal, so that is a bit misleading.

Rooms of Volturno House B&B in Rome

All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and offer all comforts. Rooms are located on the 1st floor -storey historical 19th century building.

Directions:
From Fiumicino Airport take the direct train to Termini Station. It runs
every half hour and takes 30 minutes. The first morning train goes at 6:37 AM and the last evening train at 11:37 PM. (If you arrive after 11 PM it is best to take a taxi to the hotel, the cost should be about 45 Euro). At Termini station platform 1 take the right exit you find Via Marsala hand left at the stop light then Via Marsala changes to Via Volturno and keep going straight you find no.31.(2nd floor)
