Located just 2 minutes from the stunning main beach, behind the iconic Great Northern Hotel, Nomads Byron Bay is the perfect place to stay in the centre of town. The hostel offers a variety of air-conditioned dorms and en-suite private rooms. Facilities include our Mad Travel Shop, a fully equipped kitchen, Global Gossip internet, free Wi-Fi in the reception, reception lounge, BBQ, balcony views and a TV lounge. Every day there are several activities you can take part in like the lighthouse walk, open mic night and VIP nights to the best local bars for everyone at the hostel.

Please note: a minimum stay of five nights is required if staying during the Christmas and New Year period, from 28th December to 2nd January.
No check-in or check-out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
All bookings for peak period (including Christmas, New Year, Blues Fest and schoolies) will be charged in full one month prior to arrival, with no cancellations accepted.
All payment made with credit card detail will incur a 2.5% surcharge fee.
We don't accept group bookings of 5 or more people via this website. Even if you can process such a booking, it will be cancelled without refund. Please contact Nomads Byron Bay directly for group bookings. In addition, please notice that groups requiring only 1 night of accommodation must contact the property directly for rates!
Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable one month prior to arrival. We only accept full-room booking for all schoolies and sporting team. Sharing option will not be accepted. All beds in room will have to be paid for. A $20 non- refundable security fee will be paid by each guest on arrival. We will hold a security bond of $200 per person for all bookings. Bond will be refunded upon satisfactory room inspection.
