Apartment Lessi

Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.

1.From 23.30 p.m. to 8 a.m. is the period of night rest, so don't disturb other Apartment guests. We ask each guest to be careful and do not produce noise that can bother other guests.

2. Please take care of the rented room or apartment, and turn off electric appliances and taps when leaving the room. Room accessories (pillows, blankets, towels and the like) are not allowed to be taken out of the hotel.

3. The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accommodation

4. Any disputes that cannot be resolved in agreement with the Apartment Lessi or agency will be resolved through police intervention or in legal proceedings before the court of Zagreb.

5. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that

6. At the day of the departure, you are required to leave the room until 11 a.m. so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests coming after you. With prior agreement, you can keep the room until 2 p.m. with additional 50 % payment, or after 2 p.m. by paying the full amount of daily rent. You are obliged to leave the room or apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival –clean, tidy and undamaged. . At the day of his or her departure, the guest is obliged to allow the hotel staff to check in his or her presence all rooms and house appliances to prove that they are not damaged. Only then is the guest allowed to depart.

7. Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period. If the period of accommodation is not stipulated in advance, guests are to check out by 11.00 a.m. on the last day of their stay at the latest, and they are obliged to have vacated the room by this time. If a guest fails to do this, the Apartment Lessi is entitled to bill him/her for another day's stay. In the event that the Apartment has already reserved this room beforehand, and the guest fails to heed requests to vacate the room, or if he or she is not present in the Apartment, the Apartment reserves the right – with a three-member committee in attendance – to catalogue the guest's possessions and to store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the guest for whom it has been reserved.

8. In special cases, the Apartment Lessi may offer a guest accommodation other than that which has been arranged, if it does not differ in any essential manner from that which was stipulated in the confirmed booking.

9. In case the hotel or agency cancel accommodation to the guest because of violation of internal rules, the guest will have to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.

10. The hotel staff is not entitled to enter the guest's room or use their personal belongings without prior announcement to and permission from the guest. The staff can enter the premises in the absence of the guest only for the purpose of cleaning the room and changing the bed linen, and when there is reason to believe that the premises or the guest are in danger or that the internal rules are being seriously violated.

11. Pets are allowed only with the permission of the hotel. Bringing pets without prior announcement in the reservation is not allowed, and the hotel and agency have the right to cancel accommodation.

12. It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation to the room. The hotel accommodates only those registered at the reception desk. In case unregistered persons or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the hotel and agency have the right to cancel accommodation

Directions

From the main train station(GLAVNI KOLODVOR):
Outside the train station cross the tram tracks and walk straight up Praška Street for 10 minutes until you reach the main square, Trg bana Jelacica. You can also take tram numbers 6 or 13 in the north (left) direction for two stops. Buy a tram ticket at a newstand, the price is 8 kuna (about €1). Once you reach the square take Pavla Radica/Radiceva Street, it will be in the far left (northwest) corner of the square. Once on Radiceva walk 50 meters. Apartment Lessiis located in the second yard on the left side of the street. Enter the yard and go past the bar and up the stairs to the right, we are on the first level up. or you can find us at reception in the yard.

FROM THE BUS STATION (AUTOBUSNI KOLODVOR):
Take tram number 6 in the north (left) direction for six stops and you will reach the main square, Trg bana Jelacica. Buy a tram ticket at a newstand, the price is 8 kuna (about €1). The trams run from 5 AM to midnight, outside those hours take a taxi. It will take 7-10 mintues and cost about 70 kuna (20[[][%]] more at night and on Sunday). Once you reach the square take Radica/Radiceva Street, it will be in the far left (northwest) corner of the square. Once on Radiceva walk 50 meters. Apartment Lessi is located in the second yard on the left side of the street. Enter the yard and go past the bar and up the stairs to the right, we are on the first level up.

FROM THE AIRPORT:
There is a bus that goes every 30 minutes from Zagreb Airport to the main bus station. It costs about €3. From there follow the directions above. If you are taking a taxi expect to pay about 150 kuna (about €25), make sure to ask the taxi driver for the price up front or offer 150 kuna.
