Stayed here for 4 nights and had no faults at all, every request that was made was satisfied. Hot water each time i used shower (different times of day). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the roof garden has great views on clear days. It is just a street away from Tamel centre which makes it slightly more local, quieter and interesting. The veg momo's are great too. Great value for money.

Excellent location and big rooms with balcony. The staff were extremely helpful. In fact, the service was better than any 5 star hotel. The only downside was the bathroom that needed upgrading. However, for the price and location, it's a great deal.
