Hard to get to from airport as taxi drivers did not know without address in Chinese. Room big & clean. Only one shower on floor below. Water not always very hot. During very cold weather whole hotel absolutely freezing. One receptionist spoke tiny bit of English, others spoke none so impossible to get any info about anything.

Mingtong Yinxiang Youth Hotel is located at the city center of Kunming, it's only 200 meters away from Dongfeng Square, there are many shopping mall and eat place around such as Golden Dragon, Jinge center and Baisheng Shopping Mall .

Clean and comfortable guest rooms, each completely equipped with separate toilet and bathroom, cabled TV, telephone, etc.

you can get a peaceful Mind here and forget the noise of the town. Such a 'Clean, economical, cozy and safe' environment is an ideal place for your business trip, family tour or recreation.

overall my stay was enjoyable with the staff very friendly. My only criticism is that they speak very little english, but were helpful & charming.
