The group that shared the big room was extremely noisy and dirty. Just our luck of the draw that we got to stay with them. The people were extremely friendly and everything was clean (before they took over).
Location is IDEAL and it is really good value for money.

This was easily the worst hostel I stayed in during my travels in Europe. The only good thing about it was the location, which is fantastic. It is located in the old town and is a short walk to the market and the beach/boardwalk. This hostel is basically an apartment that has been converted to a hostel, with 15 beds stuffed in each room. The bathroom was not clean and I elected not to shower while staying here because the shower was scary. There was a common room with kitchen facilities and a large TV. Internet was supposed to be free, but it did not work at all during my stay. The owners were very nice and tried to fix the problem, but it never helped. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
