Riad Lakhdar

Nice riad, 8 minutes walk to Djmaa en Fna.
The breakfast is good, the place is clean.
Only thing we didn't like is that we had to pay for a night while we didn't stay there. I know it was our own mistake, but we did call to tell the owner we couldn't make it in time.

About Riad Lakhdar

Location! In the medina. A five minute walk to "the place" - Jemaa el Fna , the mosque - Koutoubia and the new town - Gueliz.

A modern riad with 6 rooms, all with air conditioning, heating and private bathrooms 4 of which are huge. Traditional craftsmen used - tiles, stuccoed design ceilings, tadlakt walls, ceiling lanterns, colored glass windowpanes, wrought iron balconies, fountains, custom design furniture with folk art - in realizing this dream.

Family run for selected clients who look for quiet, the splash of fountains, the warbling of birds, relaxation and rest. Just outside are the sites, restaurants and bustling activity of fabulous Marrakech. Town's biggest and most famous hamam El Bacha next door!

Nice riad, 8 minutes walk to Djmaa en Fna.
The breakfast is good, the place is clean.
Only thing we didn't like is that we had to pay for a night while we didn't stay there. I know it was our own mistake, but we did call to tell the owner we couldn't make it in time. He still made us pay for the whle stay and also asked us to write something good about the riad on the internet..

Great place to stay, I recomend it. Very good located (calm and well lit street, 5 min walk to Koutubia and the Square) , clean and charming.
I am spanish, 27, and spent 4 nights there with my girlfiend.

Riad Lakhdar was a nice place to stay in a good location, good facilities and very friendly and helpful hosts.
On the down side it can get very noisey with people coming and going, no hot water and my sheets were dirty.
Otherwise a good stay.
