Panba Guesthouse is located in the old town of Lijiang, right next to the Ruji Elementary School.
Our Guesthouse is one of the few hotels readily accessible by automobiles in the old town, where cars are not allowed to enter.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Guesthouse to the center of the old town - Sifang Jie (Market Square).
Quiet: The Guesthouse is conveniently close to all tourist attractions in the old town and, at the same time, without the usual hustle and bustle.
Ganze Spring, one of the best springs in the old town, is just 500 meters to the east of the Guesthouse.
Clean: Designed in the traditional vernacular Naxi-style, the Guesthouse uniquely fuses the atmosphere of traditional housing with the convenience of modern facilities.
The seven double rooms, together with the three spacious family suites, receive up to 30 guests.
Peaceful: Pleanty of sun shine and music in the guesthouse allow for relaxing, daydreaming and chatting.

Ah-Pan, the owner of the guesthouse, came from Beijing in 2004. He decided this is the place to settle down and, after two years, built this guesthouse.
He knows exactly what an unsettling soul from the big city is looking for. No matter how long you are going to stay in Lijiang, the owner of the guesthouse hopes to offer you a home for your heart. The Panba Guesthouse is your home in Lijiang.
From the 30th June 2009 there will be a preservation charge of 80 yuan per person for visitors staying in the old town of Lijiang. This is to help with the presrvation of the town. This fee also includes the entrance fee to local attractions such as the Black Dragon Pool Park that are situated within the old town. Please understand that this charge has been introduced by the local government and not the hostel.

Directions
The Panba Guesthouse is located in the north-eastern part of the old town of Lijiang, right next to the Ruji Elementary School. The Lijiang Airport is 28 km away, while the new train station (expected to operate in 2008) merely 4 km. Eight hundred meters to the south-east of the guesthouse will be the location of the new movie studio built by the famous director Zhang Yimou. Ganze Spring, one of the best springs in the old town, is just 500 meters to the east of the Guesthouse. The center of the old town--Sifang Jie (Market Square)--is just 10 minutes' walk away.
How to get to the guesthoue;
1. From the airport：
The shuttle bus at the Lijiang airport (￥15/person) will take you directly to the Lantian Hotel in Lijiang city. Take a taxi (￥7-8) and ask the driver to take you to Jinhong Road, then turn right at the corner where the Coal Hotel (Meitan Zhao Dai Suo) is located, then another right to the Panba Guesthouse. 2．From any bus station：

3．From within the old town：
