uStay Urban Apartments offers a wide range of facilities for all of our guests to use. Our communal area includes a range of gym equipment, TV and DVD lounge, giant chess, pool tables, laundry facilities and the use of basic kitchen equipment.

uStay has a great 'social space' providing a unique opportunity to meet fellow travellers or a place to chill out with your friends or family.

Room Descriptions

Single Private with ensuite - Ideal for long or short term stays. Semi furnished with a double bed, kitchenette and own bathroom.

Single Private with shared bathroom - Our most affordable option. Ideal for the solo traveller or larger groups.

Twin Private with ensuite - Ideal for couples or pairs (maximum of two people). Semi furnished with 2 king single beds, kitchenette and own bathroom.

Double Bed Private with ensuite - Ideal for singles or couples (maximum of two people). Semi furnished with a double bed, kitchenette and own bathroom.

Double Bed Private with shared bathroom - Our most affordable option. Ideal for singles or couples (maximum of two people).

Wellington is renowned as New Zealand's cultural epicentre and uStay enjoys easy access to the best that this cosmopolitan city has to offer. Just minutes walk from the CBD, it's surrounded by great food, fabulous shopping, nightlife, commerce and a host of cultural attractions. Take a walk from the Te Papa Museum to the grand Parliament Buildings along Lambton Quay where you can take a cable car to the top of the Botanic Garden.
