The complex is in middle of the Sunny Beach resort which is situated in a picturesque bay of the Black Sea, near the Balkan Mountains and the beautiful historic town of Nesebar with its well-preserved cultural inheritance of the ancient Greeks.

Boating, night fiestas, beautiful beaches, jet riding, windsurfing and water skiing, sports entertainments – tennis, horse ride, bowling, gold, beach volley, bowling, as well as the pleasant moments with your friends in the numerous restaurants and night bars could be quite near you. It is a nice apartment in perfect luxury condition. Its area is 48 sqm.

There are two rooms inside. It has eastern exposure and has a wonderful view to the vacation complex. The apartment is absolutely and nicely furnished. There is a full equipment of electrical appliances in the kitchen. The apartment is in excellent condition and is absolutely ready for moving in.

The resorts, is located a couple of miles, north-west of Nessebar and lies only 35 km north of the city of Bourgas. From Burgas town there are buses running every 30 minutes into Sunny Beach.
From Sofia bus Station you can travel directly to Sunny Beach.
The distance to the sea is only 5 minutes walk and 2-3 minutes walk to nearest bus stop.
By bus: You can take a bus straight to Sunny Beach from any city's bus station or airport in east Bulgaria. Buses leave very often during the summer months.

By car: From Bourgas or Bourgas airport it's around half an hour drive (36km) following E87 main road, direction Varna (to the north).

From Varna it's around an hour and a half drive (90km) following E87 main road to the south.

Be aware that E87 may be also named road 9.
