Nicely renovated, completely furnished, 72 sqm-ed, modern-style 2 room apartment (1 bedroom plus living room) on the 2nd floor without lift, with view to the street, with new furnitures, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, tubed bathroom and WiFi internet connection, for 1-6 people, at central location, in the neighbourhood of the New York Palace (Boscolo Luxury Hotel), between the 1st biggest synagogue of Europe and Blaha Lujza square with excellent public transportation.

Available beds: 1 double bed in the bedroom plus 2 double rollaway beds in the living room, for maximum 6 persons.

Wi-Fi Internet connection and linen are included.

2010 PRICES

Weekday prices (Sunday to Thursday night): 78 €/night. Weekend prices (Friday and Saturday night): 96 €/night. The rental price is not depends from the number of guests.

POLICIES

Minimum stay is 2 nights. The payment is in cash on arrival. We prefer euro or hungarian forint payments. If you make your reservation directly by e-mail, you do not need pay any deposit. Check out: until 11 a.m., check in: after 15 p.m. We reserve the right to charge a half day rental price if you arrive earlier or leave later then our allotted checking time. We reserve the right to charge for the first night in case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours before your fixed arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

We provide your Budapest-Ferihegy airport-pickup and transfer on your request, if you ask it at least 1 day before your arrival (25 €/cab, maximum 4 passengers/cab). If you already have your air-ticket, and you want airport-pickup, please give me the following datas:

From the Budapest-Ferihegy Airport you can take
- Airport Minibus (2.990 HUF/person or 4.490 HUF/2 perons),
- Zone Taxi to the 2nd zone (fixed 22 €/cab),
- Public Train (only from Terminal 1) to Nyugati square (Western Railway Station, 300 HUF/train ticket)
- Public Bus No. 200 to the Metro Station Kobanya-Kispest, then you can go by Metro No. 3 (blue line) to the Deak square, where you need to change to Metro line No. 2 (red line) towards Blaha Lujza square.

From the Nyugati (Western Railway Station) you can take Yellow Tram No. 4-6 to the Blaha Lujza square. From the Keleti (Eastern Railway Station) and from the Deli (Southern Railway Station) you can take the Metro line No. 2 (red line) to Blaha Lujza square.

A single ticket (for the Metro, Bus and Tram) costs 290 HUF, a three-day travel card costs 3.700 HUF, a seven-day travel card costs 4.400 HUF.

DIRECTIONS

From the Blaha Lujza square the Nagy Diofa street is the 4th street right on the Rakoczi road in the direction of the Astoria square. It is 5 minutes by walk.
