Roscoe House by Urban Chic offers guests comfortable accommodation at the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
Located on Rodney Street in the cities Georgian Quarter, the property which was once home to famous Liverpool historian and writer William Roscoe has been restored to its original Georgian splendour whilst offering guests every modern comfort and convenience.
Each of Roscoe House's 15 rooms and suites have been finished to a high standard, combining both period and modern furnishings, offering guests a high level of comfort and convenience.Standard facilities throughout the property include ultra comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton linen, complimentary WIFI internet access, remote control televisions, in room DVD players, in room tea and coffee making facilities, irons and ironing boards, and well appointed bathrooms.
A range of additional facilities are available upon request including direct dial telephones, champagne and flowers on arrival, restaurant reservations, car rental, and theatre tickets. Directions
Roscoe House is located five minutes walk from Lime Street Railway Station. On leaving the station, turn left and head along Ranelagh Street till you reach Lewis's department store. When you reach Lewis's continue straight ahead onto Renshaw Street and walk to the very end of the street (Junction of Renshaw Street and Leece Street). Cross at the lights and continue straight along Leece Street till you reach the next set of Traffic Lights at the junction of Leece Street and Rodney Street. Turn right onto Rodney Street and Roscoe House is the second building on the left hand side (No. 27).
