There are two Ancient Siem Reap Guest House which are just opposite each other.
Walking to town center or Pub Street is about 7 to 8 minutes and thru side roads which is bit dusty or muddy after it rains.
We booked this and got "Free" pick up from the airport. However this Tuk-Tuk after picking us up from airport stopped half way to the Guest House. Then hard sell his "Day Tour" to Angkor Wat.

We booked this and got "Free" pick up from the airport. However this Tuk-Tuk after picking us up from airport stopped half way to the Guest House. Then hard sell his "Day Tour" to Angkor Wat. Had to changed my entire plan due to him, and rushed out after checking in from Guest House to start the Tour to Angkor Wat at US$15/= . Else we had to pay US$5/= for the pick-up from the airport. :-(
Many travelers knows about this place thru internet and getting Tuk-Tuk is easy as there are a few parked in front waiting for customers. Pls BARGAIN as they are known to rip-you off. Else just walk to town centre where lots of other Tuk-Tuk are availiable. Or you can hire Bicycles as you walked out to Pub Street or Town. No deposit or passport is required.
No free coffee or Tea. Saving grace is the swimming/ dipping pool ( Very Small) which had SALT water ! But still is better than nothing after a tried day visiting Angkor Wat.

5min walk out of town, good place to come back after hot day from temples, loved the swimming pool, friendly staffs, comfortable and clean room, food was nice and cheap too. we'll suggested for anyone and everyone.
