Nature Walk Resort

A clean and friendly guesthouse with nice views from the balconies. The restaurant serves tasty breakfasts and dinners and all the staff are friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be that there is no hot water in the rooms, which for the price we paid was a little disappointing.

About Nature Walk Resort

Located about 500m from the historic Temple of the Tooth a major Buddhist attraction for both local and foreign tourists. The beautifully situated hotel boasts 180' views overlooking the majestic Knuckles mountain range and the Udawata Sanctuary which provides a complete contrast to the concrete jungle. An abundance of butterflies, tropical and domestic bird life and if that is not enough you have the cheeky monkeys to keep you entertained. Fully trained bilingual staff will make your stay unforgettable and give you that feeling of home away from home. The well appointed rooms are separated between A/C and non and have balconies with views of the mountain range and valley. All rooms have hot water, ceiling fans and mosquito netting. The restaurant serves a selection of European cuisine and of course traditional Kandian rice and curry served in a fresh banana leaf.

The Nature Walk provides a relaxed atmosphere where you just need to relax and let us pamper you or be left alone to enjoy your book .Located about 500m from the historic Temple of the Tooth a major Buddhist attraction for both local and foreign tourists. It's a little walk from the town centre or a three-wheeler will take you up there.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

Sarath the owner made me very welcome and provided an impecable service. The room was kept clean and the table on the upper floor was the best place to have their breakfast, and when i was let down by a driver Sarath stepped in an took me to Sirigiya himself.
Nature Walk Resort was my first place to stay in Sri Lanka and was one of my favourites.
