We are located only 50 meters from the Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
The hotel features a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is complimentary for our guests. Our menu includes both local specialities and Western favorites. The hotel has lovely balcony rooms overlooking the tree-lined street, and off-street rooms as well. Our Family Room is kid-friendly and our VIP Suite is designed for the business traveller with in-room computer. All rooms have free Internet service.

1)If You Are Arriving By Train
We offer free pickup if you are arriving by train. Just tell us the details of your arrival, and we'll be there when you arrive. If we know your bed number, we'll even meet you as you come down the steps!
If you want to take a taxi from the train station on your own, then please print this out and have it handy.
If you are taking a taxi by yourself from the train station, walk out to the street. Please be careful. Do not let anyone grab your bag! Go to the taxi stands of only:
Mai linh, Hanoi Taxi, (3) 8.21.21.21, (3) 8.26.26.26, (3) 8.53.53.53, (3) 8.56.56.56. (Most of the other companies will cheat you.) Show them this note. It politely asks him to take you to the Jasmine, and offers the standard fare of 40,000 VND. That's the standard fare for the trip. If he doesn't agree, don't worry, there are dozens of others drivers waiting behind you who will take you to The Jasmine for this fare!

2)If You Are Coming By Air
We offer a free airport pick up for every booking for two night stay . If you book for one night, we offer airport pickup for the same fee that you should pay 250,000 VND or $15.(Unfortunately visitors end up paying a lot more because taxi drivers take advantage of them.) Just tell us your flight number and landing time and we will be there with a sign to pick you up. If you are hiring a taxi on your own, please read on:
If you are taking a taxi from the airport on your own, please print this out and have it handy when you exit the airport.
Exit the terminal and walk straight. Cross one road and look for the taxi stands. Go to the taxi stands of only Noi Bai or Viet Thanh taxi. (Most of the other companies will cheat you.)
