I have spent the last five years travelling extensively through out Thailand and have become accustomed to the oversell of both tourist destinations and of hotels. For the first time ever I was genuinely surprised when I visited Sincere House and discovered that it was not the souless Chinese guesthouse that had been described. It is located on one of the piers down the road from Saladan pier and they have done a really excellent job making it like a little boutique hotel.

A new guesthouse in main area of Koh lanta. Walk 2 mins from Saladan pier and also from bank.The room decorate in modern Chinese style.We have got a small nice pier and also we have a speed boat for rent.You can relax with our nice room and our nice restaurant.And also with service mind you can feel like home :)

For the first time ever I was genuinely surprised when I visited Sincere House and discovered that it was not the souless Chinese guesthouse that had been described. It is located on one of the piers down the road from Saladan pier and they have done a really excellent job making it like a little boutique hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was good and cheap. The rooms were comfortable and clean and there had been a real effort made with the decor.
If you want a room located moments away from Saladan's main street and the pier you could do a hell of a lot worse than staying here. I would recommend it to anyone.
