The Apartments are located in a famous landmark property, a 10 story tall building; it has been described as the tallest habitable building with cast iron facades ever built. It is conveniently located just one block east of Broadway, near the world famous Wall Street and the American Stock Exchange, The Federal Reserve, two blocks from the former World Trade Center, ½ block from the proposed Fulton Street Transit Hub and four blocks from the South Street Seaport attractions. We are located on a corner fronting three blocks Nassau, Fulton & Ann Streets.

1: Start out going NORTHEAST on LA GUARDIA RD.
2: Turn SLIGHT LEFT toward TERMINAL A/MARINE AIR TERMINAL/RENTAL CAR RETURNS.
3: Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto CENTRAL TERMINAL DR.
4: Take the AIRPORT EXIT ramp.
5: Merge onto GRAND CENTRAL PKWY W toward MANHATTAN.
6: Merge onto BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPY E via EXIT 4 toward I-278 W/STATEN ISLAND.
7: Merge onto I-278 W/BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPY.
8: Take the TILLARY ST exit, EXIT 29, toward MANHATTAN BR/BKLYN CIVIC CENTER.
9: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto TILLARY ST.
10: Turn RIGHT onto ADAMS ST/BROOKLYN BRIDGE BLVD.
11: ADAMS ST/BROOKLYN BRIDGE BLVD becomes BROOKLYN BRIDGE.
12: Take the PARK ROW SOUTH ramp.
13: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto PARK ROW.
