About La Caribella
La Caribella is a budget studio rental building with 6 units, 5 are one room, (2 in the front with street access, 2 in the middle and one in the back) and 1 is a two bedroom upstairs with balconies with an ocean view.
The one room studios have a double bed, a table for 2, a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, small fridge, and coffemaker,private bathroom with hot and cold water, these DO NOT have balconies.
The two bedroom unit has a bedroom at each end with a double bed in each, one has a futon, so you could sleep 6: and a kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffeemaker, pots, pans, utensils, and a bathroom between them. This is the only unit with balconies.
All units have an in room safe. Housekeeping is once per week, towels and linens are provided. It has a rooftop patio with a view of the bay (over the Navy base) for get togethers.
Juarez is a quiet street, 3 blocks from the main square, within walking distance to the beach, groceries, nightlife, restaurants and shopping.
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights, all stays are paid in advance, we require a $50 US damage deposit refundable upon departure.

Directions
The fast boat from Puerto Juarez has increased the rates it is now $70 pesos per person each way. The alternative is the car ferry, you can take a bus labeled 'Puerto Juarez, Punta Sam' on Avenida Tulum across from the bus station, for $4.50 to Punta Sam and take the car ferry for $18 pesos. The ride is 45 min but is is worth it.
The Car ferry leaves Punta Sam at 8:00, 11:00, 2:45, 5:30 and 8:15 at night is the last one.
Upon arrival to the Isla Mujeres peopleboat terminal , cross the street go right to the corner, Nicolas Bravo Street,go left( east) one block to Juarez Street go right (south) for one and a half blocks it is the last building on the right hand side next to the Navy Base.
If you take the car ferry, walk left to the first street, go right ,then left, you will walk behind the navy base, La Caribella is the first building on your left next to the Navy Base.
