About Hostel 2962-Garmisch
The 'hostel 2962-garmisch' is situated very quietly in a by-street next to the river “partnach”. With its central position the 'hostel 2962-garmisch' is the perfect place for your stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
You only have to walk about 2 to 3 minutes to get to the train-station , Zugspitz-trainstation and the bus stop. The Olympia Ice Sports Center and the Alpspitz-Swimmingpool are comfortable attainable by foot.
You want to hike in the mountains? You want to go skiing or snowboarding? You don’t need a car!
Directly in front of the hostel 2962-garmisch is one beautiful footpath along the river Partnach starts and leads you to the Olympic Ski Stadium, the Eckbauer-Mountain, the Partnach-Gorch and the Hausberg-Mountain. The Zugspitz-Railway up to Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze with 2962 meters is only 4 minutes to walk!
A multiplicity of bavarian an international restaurants, bars, nightclubs etc. are just next to the hostel.
The hostel 2962 -garmisch is a nice family-owned place to meet people from all over the world. At our small bar or in the lounge you can spend (or start) your evenings. Your day starts (if you want) with our breakfast- buffet and the best coffee for breakfast you can find in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
You can stay in one of our dorm-beds, in a more comfortable double-rooms or in one of our special-rooms - it's your decision.
There is a 2,00 Euro per adult per night local tax to pay extra.
