When your book a reservation in our hostel you agree with :
The Terms and Conditions:
- Rates include all taxes and service charges. Rates may change without prior notice.
- Breakfast buffet is included, and we also have an kitchen at your disposal for all your meals.
- Sheets are included in the price per stay, not per night.
- Towels for sell or rent
- In Dorms: age limit of 40 years. (if you want to book, to have to book all the beds of the room)
- Please notice that we are a non-smoking hostel and we take this very seriously
- Opening hours reception 08.00 - 23.00
- Check-in: from 08.00 - 23.00
We do have a luggage room at your disposition.
- Check-out time from hostel is 11:00.
- No check-in after 23.00.
- The credit card is only accepted for the booking fee and as a guarantee of your booking confirmation, the total room rate payments need to be effected upon arrival. We only accept credit cards when the total balance is over € 200.
-In case you wish to stay longer at our hostel, then please let us know at least the day before and we will look the availability for you.
-Cancellation policy: no charge if a cancellation by e-mail or fax is received at least 48 hours prior to the DAY of arrival (not the time of arrival!) . In case of 'no show' or if a booking is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the DAY of arrival, only the first night will be charged on the customer's credit card.
And with the internal rules of the hostel :
NO SMOKING inside the hostel , for the smokers we have ashtrays outside in the patio. ( A fine of 50 € will be charged otherwise)
For hygienic purposes the use of the SHEETS is OBLIGATORY : Sheets are included in the price per stay, not per night. In the sheets package you have: a sheet for the mattress, one to cover yourself and one for your pillow.
Any THEFT or DAMAGE of the hostel property will be charged from the traveler(s) credit card or cash. In case of theft we will immediately call the police.
CHECK – OUT is before 11:00. When you check- out , please return your sheets and keys at the reception. Lost or non returned keys will automatically be charged 15 € on your credit card.
No visits of outsiders are allowed in the rooms. We have the right the expel persons with no reservation from the rooms.
Please clean up the things you use in the kitchen and the common areas
(showers/toilet, the tables in the common room)
Do not cook or eat in your room. You have a kitchen and a common room at your disposal.
Travelling is quite exhausting , so it’s very important for everybody to have a good night’s rest. Therefore we ask you to be quiet in the corridors and rooms after midnight.

I found the staff here friendly and helpful, the bedrooms spacious and clean and the food facilities very good for the price. The free breakfast was simple but very welcome, the free internet likewise. I stupidly didn't take a map with me and forgot my directions - bad idea... the street is a little way outside the very centre and no-one in the centre had ever heard of it. So it took me a few hours to get there on the first day (one way of exploring Brussels!). You can get there simply though by taking a metro to Simonis station. There is also a Villo! (rent-a-bike) station a couple of blocks away. The toilets/bathrooms were a little bit under-maintained but as hostels go it's really not bad. I didn't have a padlock for the locker room but the staff sorted something out for me. I was able to leave my luggage in there until my departure in the late afternoon - no problems. I'd definitely stay here again if in Brussels.

The overall of the hostel was good. The location is fine, but at night was scary and maybe dangerous. The cleanliness wasn't very good, because many people that were in the hostel let the showers and the toilets unclean and at morning the toilets were always dirty!
The bedrooms were very nice and very large with a table in the center of the room and that was very nice! The staff was great too!

It is a little bit far from the centre but is well connected by the subway. It is very clean and cozy. The staff there is really friendly and helpful.

I was only there for one night but it impressed me. Everything was quite clean and nothing made me sqeeumish at all. Rooms were a really nice size and the reception was great. Everything easy accesible and not at all awkward. Only thing is that sound seemed to travel to well.

Very friendly staff and relax atmosphere! If you want to keep it basic, this is your spot! Rooms are small and sober but clean. The mattress was a pain in the ...back!

Per total, it was great. Very kind staff. It's a hostel, so no high expectations should be made prior to arrival. Great common space with a TV, 2 computers connected to the Internet. Wireless works. Generally, it's more a question of luck, meaning the roommates you are going to stay with. Mostly it's students and young people with common sense, but sometimes you might get unfortunate and run into an asshole. For the money you pay, it's a great value! Rooms are simple, 2 level beds, table and 2 seats. Great idea on putting an electric radiator in the room!Suppliments the central heating! They have a locker room, so while you're away visiting or on business, I strongly suggest putting your valuable stuff there, like the laptop or anything else. I did so, and there were no problems. Sheets are provided, showers are pretty rudimentary, but hey, they do their job. After a couple days of travelling those showers will make you feel like reborn. Breakfast is also nice, since no young man is willing to move to the nearest shop in the morning. They serve bread, orange juice, cereals, milk, jam, butter, pretty much all you need to get you started until lunch. Location is great, 20 m away from closest metro station and just 3 stops away (5 minute ride) to Rogier station, where all the shops and the fun is.
Per total, I am very satisfied! Will come back! Great money saver!
PS: IMPORTANT: PLEASE, PLEASE, follow the directions and exit the Simonis metro station to AVENUE DE JETTE, otherwise you will end up in a park at the other exist, with NO idea how to get to the hostel!!

The person who owns the hostel is very very nice and the rooms are very clean and big. There is a computer you can use for internet, kitchen and the breakfast and sheets are included.
