If you want to go tourist place, this cottage is not very convenient. But I really enjoyed beautiful calm beach and clean room. When you get tired of loudness in Miami, I recommend this cottage. You can be relly relaxed here.I will never forget beautiful sunrise and many stars!

WELCOME TO THE OCEANFRONT COTTAGE AND THE BAHAMAS!

Our yellow Cottage is situated at the Ocean in a Bay at the Eastern Point.
The road which leads to the property is private, off the main road, quiet and secluded in a safe upper middle class neighborhood.
The big Main Porch offers unobstructed Ocean Views.
The ocean here is shallow, ideal for swimming and safe.
Enjoy the constant ocean breeze, sun bath, go for a swim, relax under a palm tree, undertake sight seeings and boat excursions or shop duty free in town.
There is lots to see and to do in and around New Providence, the main island of the Bahamas.

Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean.
Sunrises and Full Moons rising over the ocean are spectacular !
2 Min stroll outside our property and there is a small stretch of beach, very clean and nice, and a paved Walking Path along the ocean with benches.
15 MIN WALK to the BUS STOP and to the big FOOD STORE on PRINCE CHARLES DRIVE.
Note: The Food Store is not open Sundays after noon.
The bus fare is $1.50, no matter how far you go.
Buses run from 6 am - 6 pm.
5 miles: Bay Street, Nassau downtown
4 miles: Potter's Cay Dock

Atlantis Hotel
Cabbage Beach
Boat Terminal for excursions
Taxi fares to all mentioned above
is $15 except to downtown is $20

The smaller room (Sea View En suite) on the ground floor with the bathroom next to it has a double bed.
There are 2 big bed rooms upstairs, Deluxe and Superior, both have queen size beds and the Superior features an additional single bed.
The bathroom for these 2 rooms only is very spacious.
Single occupancy can be arranged on request if availability.
The room price includes all taxes, service charge etc.
NO HIDDEN CHARGES
Airport transfer available ($40) on request and it includes a sight seeing tour.

Directions
YOU MUST GIVE ALL TAXI DRIVER DIRECTIONS!
YOU NEED THE DIRECTIONS FOR CAR RENTAL!
Drive out to the Main Road and turn right,
keep going straight ahead passing Lake Cunningham on the left,
the next big traffic light: turn right into Harrold Road,
keep going straight ahead over 3 round abouts until you reach the big traffic light where you see on your left across the 'Marathon Mall':
Here to turn right into Prince Charles Drive traveling East until the end where you see the ocean,
turn right,
turn left after the 3rd house on the left into a private road, yellow Cottage and green Villa straight ahead on the ocean.
21 miles from/ to Nassau Airport
There are no local buses from/to the airport.
AIRPORT TRANSFER CAN BE ARRANGED FOR $40. (TAXI CHARGES $50.)
