This hotel is in a fantastic location - easy walking distance to the old town and all its attractions. No lift in the hotel meant carrying our bags up circular stairs, and that was OK for us, but may prove difficult for some people.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - easy walking distance to the old town and all its attractions. No lift in the hotel meant carrying our bags up circular stairs, and that was OK for us, but may prove difficult for some people. The staff recommended a restaurant in the old town, and it was excellent. The one-way road system was the only disadvantage when trying to find the hotel.

Lovely hotel for the price we paid! Excellent location-in the middle of old and new city-walking distance everywhere! Staff were extrememly helpful with everything. Breakfast was really good with loads of choice comparing to other hotels! Very clean and well kept! Room was a little small but really didn't bother us! Little dated but full of character!Would go back here without hesitation. (Ireland, June 2009).
