Villa Zieshaan is a newly-refurbished accommodation establishment situated in Central Pretoria (just a stone's throw from the Burgers Park Hotel) and close to UNISA, the University of Pretoria, the Central Business District, Shopping Malls, restaurants and theatres.
The hotel provides affordable, safe and comfortable accommodation to young professionals working in the City Centre, visiting businessmen, conference delegates, tourists, and student groups.
The 56 guest rooms all have televisions and provide twin, triple and double rooms as well as 4-bedded family rooms. All rooms have en-suite showers and toilets except for the 12 rooms on the ground floor that have shared facilities.

Take the R21 towards Pretoria.
Continue until you reach the Fountains Circle with Unisa on the right
Follow signposts for Van der Walt Street
Once in Van der Walt look out for Minnaar Street on your right (the Burgerspark Hotel is on the corner)
Turn right into Minnaar Street and you will find Villa Zieshaan on your right halfway down the street - it is the one with the funky pillars!
From Pretoria Central Station:
Walk down Paul Kruger Street towards the City
Turn right into Jacob Mare Street, left into Van der Walt and right into Minnaar Street. Approximate walk 15 mins.
