SOHO Asakusa, is located just minutes from famous Tokyo historic locations including Asakusa, Ueno, and Akihabara.
All of our hotel rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, television, air conditioning/heating, closets, a work/desk space, WiFi internet access, private bathrooms and a small cooking area.
Our customers really appreciate the privacy and safety of having their own rooms at prices that are comparable to other shared facilities.

SOHO Asakusa is not well set up for visitors. Reception is not staffed. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest Subway station. Despite booking a twin room on the website we were given a room with 1 double bed (not suitable for my mother and I!). It felt like we were staying in someone's spare bedroom. They didn't use proper linen or towels. There was no shower curtain or bath mat.
Direction detail in travellerspoint is not enough, should put the right direction that the guest can use right away, no need to wait for SOHO to give another detail direction. Like us, leaving from our country to Janpan on 28.03.09 and will check in SOHO on 4.04.09 but SOHO gave us the direction to SOHO on 02.04.09 and where we were, no internet access.

Every room has its own private bathroom and toilet, microwave and refrigerator, TV, Internet connection, bed linen and towels/toiletries. And we have a public coin laundry room on the first floor. The extra futon-set can be provided if desired in rooms.
We do not have twin beds rooms. One bed and extra futon mattress provided

Directions
When you arrive in Tokyo , the easiest way from Narita Airport is to take the Skyliner train to Ueno station, then take a taxi from Ueno station (about 1,500 yen) to the house.
Please ask Taxi driver to take you to Senzoku Hoken Center. On the intersection of Senzoku Hoken Center,you turn right, if you go forward about 30m there is the laundry matt of Senzoku-city 4 on your left. the Soho Asakusa entrance is located on the back side of the laundry matt.
If you prefer to come by train, please switch the train to Tokyo Metro Subway (Hibiya-line) at Ueno-station bounds for Kitasenjyu direction. One stop from Ueno-station 'Iriya-staion' is the station close to us.
SOHO Asakusa Apartment address is: 4-28-11 Senzoku, Taito-ku Tokyo , 111-0031.
To confirm your arrival please call from Narita at 080-3429-1909 and the house manager will try waiting for you in the building. It would be appreciated if you could advise us your arrival time to us in advance.
