the person who owns the place was rude to us and unkind. The day we arrived, we got there 3 hours late because we got lost, she inmediatly yelled
at us and began to argue with us ,, she talked down at us , she never offered the breakfast that was included in the package , the place was filthy and smelled disgusting, the neighborhood was dangerous and dirty and unsafe ,, ,, pay more money smewhere else ,,

I want to personally thank you for being the most important guest in the entire world.
Please keep coming back. We'll keep improving our services to meet all your travel needs in a timely and comfortable fashion.
We pride ourselves on providing our guests with optimum personal service.
Our guest house is conveniently located in North East Washington DC, only minutes drive to the capitol.
We are located on Benning Road, a fairly busy road in northeast, Washington DC.
Our hostel is walking dstance to shops and transportation; about 15 -20 minutes drive to the Mall and the Capitol.
The White House is also minutes away, about 15-20 minutes driving distance from our hostel.
Union Station is about 10-15 minutes by car.

Check in stops at 09:00 PM (2100 hours) daily.
Arriving late? Must contact us by emaill or phone for appointment.
CHECK OUT time : 11:00 AM(latest) daily.
CHECK IN TIME : 11:00 AM - 09:00 PM daily
LOBBY Hours - Lobby closes at 12:00 midnight.
Must present valid US state issued ID(eg driver's license) or any valid passport for check in.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before your planned arrival time as stated on your booking to avoid being charged for one night. Any bed booked and not used,
If your cancellation is made in less than 24 hours of your stated arrival time, we will charge your credit card the amount equal to your one night booking fee for each bed booked. Example, you book for 3 beds and staying for three nights, and you did not cancel on time, you will be charged $75.00 only.
Can provide towels once. Extra towels for hire(rent) at $5.00 each.
IiMPORTANT NOTICE : NO ALCOHOL BREVERAGES ALLOWED ON PREMISES AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
All guests' home address as stated on ID must be not less than 250 mile radius from Washigton DC.
PLEASE NOTE :
Starting from today, the 26th of April 2009, there will be a mandatory $20:00 cash only REFUNDABLE key deposit at check-in for any keys allocated to guests. We had to implement this new condition after a guest lost or decided not to return our keys at check-out today which has resulted in complete change of the entire lock costing us $89.59 in expenses for replacement(buying and mounting). The guest spent only $45:00 for staying with us for two nights but we've spent almost double of that to fix problems created by the incident.
We had to replace our lock for security reasons.

If you are paying by PAYPAL, you will receive a bill invoice soon after your reservation is made for full payments to be made. If we do not receive your payment on time, your reservation will be cancelled.

From Union station take North Capitol, turn right on H street and continue until it becomes Benning Road. We are located at 2413 Benning Road, NE, Washington DC 20002.
By bus? Catch the X2 bus on H street toward Benning Road, N.E. Get off at the 24th street & Benning. Look for our house number - 2413 Benning Rd.
