2 room apartment on the ground floor and rooms with 2 or 4 sleeps with shared bath rooms. It has a living/sleeping room, a bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom,radio,TV. The floors are made of laminet and PVC.

These apartments has 2 double sofa beds , 1 Twin bed or double beds and bunk bed.

Close to the S-Bahn (surburban railroad) Neukoln and and tube-station Linstr is 3 -5 minutes walking distance, close to the museum of natural science, gallery for modern art, the former Berlin wall. Internet café, theatre and all the shoping facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Check in time: From 14.00 pm

Check out time : Before 11.00am

Arrivals after 22.00pm and on public holidays must pay extra 20 euros

We don't charge for cleaning but you have to leave the apartment in the same condition otherwise you have to pay the cleaning fee 30 euros either by credit card or cash.
For credit card payment there is a handling fee 2.5%

Underground stations Leiner or Hermann str (U 8) and several Bus lines.
From Bahnhof Zoologischer garten you need approx. 15-20 minutes by taxi.
From Tegel Airport take the airport express bus to U-Bhf/subway station 'Jakob-Kaiser-Platz', then take the underground. From the Tempelhof Airport it is only a few minutes by bus, direction 'Neukölln' . From the Schoenefeld Airport it is only a few minutes by airport express bus by to U-Bahnhof/subway station 'Rudow', from here 15-20 minutes.If you are going by Taxi ,which will cost 20 euro. There is no special car park, usually there is space in the streets around the apartment for free of charge.
