Private Rooms From US$8 Photos Description
‘Rey-Sol’ is a hostel/restaurant created by a family that traveled around the world and found the place to make their dreams come true and share them with people from all cultures.
Danilo was born in Buenos Aires and loves cooking. He prepares middle-east dishes, Chinese food or Argentinean barbecue, depending on his mood, and if he is very happy he takes the microphone and starts to sing.
Ghila is Italian and lived many years in Israel. She serves breakfast in four languages (English, Spanish, Hebrew and Italian) and tells you the tours and the activities of the day. Sometimes one of her sons passes by or a dog jumps in front of you. That is how family is.
Services:
Rey-Sol is a two hectares ranch of native forest and a river bank.
Rey-Sol offers you rooms with four, eight and ten beds.
The bathrooms are shared, big and comfortable, and there is a kitchen for personal use of the hostellers. Near the hostel building there is a bungalow furnished for two to four people.
At Rey-Sol's restaurant the food is home-made, prepared with organic products of the area and spiced with live music concerts.
At the hostel there is: hot water, clean sheets, warm blankets, kitchen, breakfast, kosher food, vegetarian food, internet, TV, ping pong table, a small football field, barbecue area, bar, laundry, tourist information and good vibrations.
Activities:
The river and the lake are always refreshing activities. Lago Puelo's water is the warmest of the Lake District and in a spring or summer day the lake coast becomes a sea beach. In the waters of the National Park of Lago Puelo you can sail with small ships or speedy boats till the Chile's border or ask for sport fishing.
From Rey-Sol you can take a bus to Bolson's handcraft hippy market and to the Indian head stone or take a jeep to the statues forest.
If you need more adrenaline we offer you information about trekking or horse riding to the glacier "Hielo Azul", to the canyon "Cajón del Azul", to "Laguna Huemul", to "Retamal", to "Motoco" , and if you are not tired yet we have more surprises such as summit climbing, rappelling and rafting.
