Conditions

Harz Hostel's rooms require full payment in advance and there is a deposit when renting bed linen (2,50 €) and hand towels (1 €).

Visitor's tax:
Wernigerode is a city where you have to pay visitor's tax. Remember OUR prices are exclusive this tax.

No smoking:
We have a 100% no smoking policy in the hostel.

Check-in: 2pm
Reserved rooms shall be available for occupancy from 2pm on the agreed day of the client's arrival. The client shall not be entitled to occupy the room(s) earlier than this.

Check-out: 12pm
On the agreed day of departure the client must vacate the room by 12pm at the latest. If the client does not vacate the room by this time we shall be entitled to charge 50% of the full room rate as published in the price list until 6 pm for reasons of non-contractual occupation, and if the client vacates the room after 6 pm 100% of the full room rate will be charged. This shall not constitute any contractual claims on the part of the client.

Cancellation conditions:
Until two days prior to arrival before 6 o'clock pm (local time at hostel) 10% of the agreed total price. From 2 days to one day prior to arrival 50% of the agreed total price. In case of cancellation after this period a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. It's the same for non -arrivals.

For groups from 10 people we have special cancellation and payment conditions. Our reservation department will contact you!!! From 31 to 8 days prior to arrival date 50% of the agreed total price. From 7 to one day prior to arrival date 100% of the agreed total price
