Shuttles:
Call Hawaii Super Transit 1-808-841-2928 if you arrive between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m, as they are the most reliable. The cost is $8/person and they will get carry you to our door in 45 minutes or less. If you arrive outside those hours catch Roberts Waikiki Shuttle as you exit the baggage claim. We do not recommend purchasing a return ticket on Roberts as they are wholly unreliable getting you back to the airport. The cost is $8/person and will take 1 - 2 hours to our door.
Bus:
All buses leave from the 2nd floor departure level at the center road divider. Catch the #19 or #20 to Waikiki Beach. Once you get to the Waikiki area get off at the zoo in front of the Queen Kapiolani Hotel. Walk 10 meters and turn right into Lemon Road. We are 20 meters on the right.
Bus fares are only $2 but limit luggage to backpacks. Suitcases are not permitted on the city buses nor are large amounts of luggage.
Taxis:
They cost approximately $30 from the airport. They will take up to 6 people plus luggage and leave from outside the arrival area at the center divider.
Driving:
Take H-1 East toward Honolulu. Get off at King Street exit marked Waikiki Zoo. Drive past the light and stay in the right lane. Turn right into Kapahulu Avenue. Just before the end of Kapahulu you will see Waikiki Zoo on the left. We are on the 2nd street. Turn right into Lemon Road and we are the first building on the right.
