'Haus Mandorla' is located at the countryside of south Germany, Bad Wurzach in between Ulm (70 km) and Friedrichshafen (Lake of Constance/ 50 km)), Ravensburg (30 km), Biberach an der Riß (30 km) and Wangen im Allgäu (30 km). The so called 'Wurzacher Ried' is a special place of nature with a European Diploma.

We have a lovely place from where you may start many adventures.

Families with children are very welcome. They will find many possibilties to do.

We have a lovely, peaceful space with biological gardening, our own spring water, some animals, a lot of space for children. The rooms are lovely, several toilets, showers and a bath in the guest house. Public room, TV and other facilities are availble.

Close to us there are several spas with healing water and other places for swimming in the plain nature. In winter times you can ski in the mountains (1 hours drive). Old little cities, museums and so on are close to our place. Biking and/or walking are nice to do in the whole area.

Lake Constance is located 50 km in the south of us. Switzerland and Austria are very close like Bregenz in Austria (55 km), St. Gallen in Switzerland (90 km) despite the Alps of Germany, Switzerland and Austria. You can reach 'Schloss Neuschwanstein' within 1 hour by car. Munich by car 90 minutes, Stuttgart by car 90 min, Zürich by car 2 hours.

To visit our place you might chose airplane, train, bus or car.

The nearest airports are Friedrichshafen (Lake of Constance) or Memmingen (Allgäu), the nearest railway stations are Ravensburg, Biberach a.d.Riß, Memmingen, Leutkich im Allgäu, Bad Waldsee oder Kisslegg. From there we can collect guests or they can take a bus/taxi to Bad Wurzach.
